So I received the enzymes in the mail today :) I can't wait to try them. I'm still waiting for the tea to arrive. I bought the enzymes off of amazon.com. I plan on taking one of each on an empty stomach twice a day. I don't know which brands are better or what the appropriate dosage is, but hey it's a learning experience. This is all trial and error anyway right?
